Hello there
My journey into screenwriting started when I was a copywriter and a client dared me to turn a dull, technical manual into something amusing.
I wrote a play about an IKEA instruction manual coming to life as a human, offering linguistically challenging advice to a father to be. True love has to conquer many things, but none as terrifying as a flat pack cot. The reaction from the audience on opening night was interesting. They laughed in all the wrong places.
My screenplays have been optioned by award winning producers such as Kristina Ceyton, The Babadook and have placed in international competitions such as the Stowe Narrative Lab, Austin Film Festival and The Page Turner Awards.
I'm a Swiss born, British-Australian screenwriter and was recently diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum. Thinking differently is useful as it allows me to see, feel and think about the world in unexpected ways.
